On the road to Dettifoss, Iceland

After breakfast, we left Seyðisfjörður and made the drive to Dettifoss. Dettifoss is famous for being the most poweful waterfall in Europe. The greyish white falls doesn’t make it a very pretty waterfall, however up close you can feel and hear the thundering noise of the falls. The drive to the falls contained sections of gravel roads which “normal” cars could go on. The drive itself wasn’t particularly green and scenic though. Once you get to the falls, there are two side to view the falls. Since we made the drive there we decided to visit both East and West side.
