From Dettifoss there were also two nearby waterfalls we visited called Hafragilsfoss and Selfoss. To access Selfoss, you’re walk a relatively short distance from Dettifoss. The path is straight forward enough, but it can be rocky. I quite liked Selfoss, in particular the short curtains of waterfalls.
After returning from our walk to Selfoss, we drove to the third and final waterfall in the area. Hafragilfoss is the lesser known waterfalls of the three. We didn’t spend much time at this particular falls. From where the carpark was, we had a pretty good view of the whole waterfall itself.
