Casa31, a uniquely designed home. The ground floor looks like a typical house with bedrooms, living space and kitchen. The upstairs is where it shines. The whole room is orange and the upper deck has a lovely balcony to relax on.
The Dollhouse 2.0 is one of the more popular residential destinations for Open House Perth 2018. Its a modern two-storey house and was one of my favourites for the day. It’s modern, bright and has a nice pop of colour to lighten up the interior. To me it feels mildly Scandinavian in design.
The Dog House was a small and simple 2-bedroom home in Mount Lawley.
Cleaver Street Residence is another architecturally designed home. It has a lavish beautiful interior, extravagantly decorated but tasteful.
Cloister House in Floreat was one of the most unique homes. It’s may look deceiving from the outside, with it’s concrete blocky look. But the inside is elegant and well designed with an interior courtyard/BBQ area and a beautiful long timber kitchen bench. Unfortunately photos of the home can’t be shared!
